Privacy Policy

1 : Introduction

At Alorhya Studio, respecting user data and user experience is essential to us. Below is our privacy policy. Please contact support if you have any questions or issues regarding this charter.

2 : Personal Data Collected

We collect Email addresses, game‑specific passwords, IP addresses, and all internal user data (excluding personal data) generated in‑game. No banking information is collected, except for traceability in case of a purchase issue (see 4.1: Refund).

2.1 : Purpose of Data Collection

We collect this data to perform statistical analysis and to improve the experience of our players.

2.2 : Consent to Data Collection

At Alorhya, data collection is required to play our games.

If you refuse this collection, each of our games includes an offline mode (see 2.6 : Exceptions), allowing you to play in complete anonymity, with limited features.

2.3 : Publication of Data

We may publish certain internal user data on our social networks and on our website.

Email addresses, passwords, and IP addresses are never published

These data are not shared with any external service, except our servers (Google Firebase).

2.4 : Right to Data Deletion

You may delete your data at any time through a dedicated menu in the settings of our games (see 2.6 : Exceptions).

This action removes all data related to you, except your Email address, which requires contacting support for deletion.

Contact support if you encounter any issue with resetting or deleting your data (see 8 : Contact).

2.5 : Exceptions

All our games collect your personal data (Email address, Password, and IP address), except Dollie’s Family Land, Turtle’s Journey, and Duck War.

Dollie’s Family Land only collects your IP address.

Turtle’s Journey servers were closed in July 2025 ; only offline mode is available.

Duck War collects no data and is not connected to any server.

2.6 : Sharing Platforms

Internal user data are collected through Google services (Google Firebase and Google Group) and may be shared on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, and on our website.

These data mainly include username, in‑game level, unlocked characters, skins, and progression.

These internal data may be displayed publicly as part of normal game functionality, which is why we recommend following the advice in section 2.9 : Advice Regarding Internal User Data.

2.7 : Data Retention

We retain your internal and personal user data as long as the servers remain active or if we need to contact the user (see 7.1 : Sanctions).

You may request permanent deletion of this data through support (see 2.4 : Right to Data Deletion, see 8 : Contact).

2.8 : Advice Regarding Internal User Data

In‑game, you are asked to choose a password and a username.

Since some internal data may be displayed on various platforms (see 2.7 : Sharing Platforms), we recommend not using personal information in your username (name, surname, city…).

The username can be changed in‑game or via support in urgent cases (see 8 : Contact).

Regarding your password, even though it is protected, no system is completely immune to attacks.

Use a unique password for our games, different from your personal accounts.

For any issue or modification request, contact support (see 8 : Contact, see 6 : Responsibilities).

3 : Early Access

To create early access phases (Alpha Tests, Pre‑Beta, and Beta), we use Google Group to collect the Email addresses of voluntary players and send them early versions of our games.

As stated in section 2.8 (Data Retention), we keep these Email addresses to potentially reward testers with future in‑game rewards.

Contact support to request deletion of this information (see 8 : Contact).

4 : Purchases

Prices displayed in‑game do not include taxes applied in your region.

The exact price is shown at the time of payment.

4.1 : Refund

We do not refund users, except in the case of a bug explained by the user after informing support (see 8 : Contact).

After 1 month, refunds are no longer possible.

5 : Third‑Party Services

We use Google Firebase servers for our game servers.

We use Google Play Billing for in‑game purchases.

We use Google Group to collect Email addresses for Alpha, Pre‑Beta, and Beta tests (see 3 : Early Access).

We use Steam’s local save system.

We publish our games on Itch.io, Steam, Google PlayStore, GameJolt, and Nintendo eShop.

Please read the privacy policies of these services for more information. Contact support if you have any questions regarding their use (see 8 : Contact).

6 : Responsibilities

We decline all responsibility for concentration issues or addiction related to excessive playtime.

We also decline responsibility for epilepsy‑related issues, as any potential sensitive imagery is indicated in the product description before purchase or installation.

We decline responsibility for any leak of sensitive personal data if the user uses a password identical to one of their personal accounts (see 2.9: Advice Regarding Internal User Data).

Contact support if you have any doubts or questions (see 8 : Contact).

7 : Fraud

Any attempt at fraud, hacking, data theft, Email spamming… may result in a sanction, more or less severe depending on the act committed (see 7.1 : Sanctions).

7.1 : Sanctions

Different sanctions may be applied depending on the acts we consider fraudulent.

These sanctions may include a temporary ban (duration defined at the time) or a permanent ban.

We inform the user of the violation committed; the choice of sanction type remains at our discretion, but we can discuss it with the user if they wish (see 8 : Contact).

In the event of a permanent ban, you may choose whether or not to delete your internal and personal user data.

To do so, contact support and specify your request in the Email subject (see 8 : Contact).

No refund will be available after a justified permanent ban if the purchase exceeds the maximum refund time limit (see 4.1 : Refund).

8 : Contact

You can contact us via our Email address (ariastudio54@gmail.com) or through the form available in the support section of our website.

Please specify the subject of your request in the Email subject line.

We aim to respond within 48 hours, depending on the volume of messages received.

Contacting us through another service does not guarantee a faster response.

Flooding our inbox may result in a sanction related to user behavior (see 7.1 : Sanctions).
